Bookings and deposits/refunds

Work booked in advance with me is subject to a 50% booking fee being paid, to reserve the diary space. Refunds will only be issued in the event of booking being cancelled by me, due to unforeseen circumstances. I turn other work away once space is reserved, so as you can appreciate, my income is severely impacted by client cancellations.
